Responsibilities as our Parts Co-ordinator will include:
- A full working knowledge of, and the ability to perform all roles within the stores element of the Parts Department including stock control and management, booking in and putting away stock, creation and management of stock locations, and amending details on AX.
- Assisting the parts department with issues or problems as they arise.
- Liaising with other internal departments with queries relating to spare parts
- Actively promoting and embracing change
- Using your own initiative to find new ideas and solutions to stock control issues, the use of space, and efficient working processes.
What we’re looking for in our Parts Co-ordinator:
- PC Literate with good keyboard skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Self-motivated and the ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of AX and Excel is desirable, although full training will be given.
- Previous experience in a parts or technical role would also be an advantage
