Warehouse Operative (Carriers Despatch)

Here at Sealey, we are seeking to recruit a Warehouse Operative (Carriers Despatch) to join our team based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. You will join us on a permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.

Responsibilities as our Warehouse Operative (Carriers Despatch) will include:

• Picking stock for customer orders using a ‘pick to voice’ system (full training will be given)
• Packing orders for despatch
• Loading packed consignments by hand from the conveyor into a stand trailer
• Stock housekeeping – re-locating stock, tidying picking locations etc.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 12:00pm to 8:00pm. 

What we’re looking for in our Warehouse Operative (Carriers Despatch):

• You must be reliable and flexible in your approach to work
• Numerate and literate, with good attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work well in small teams
• Experience is not necessary as training will be provided but willingness to learn and to work as a team
